Planning and Development Review Board (PDRB) – A five member board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners as an advisory board to the County Commissioners and meets monthly the third Tuesday at 8:45 am Eastern
Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) – The five year process of evaluating the Comprehensive Plan required by F.S. 163
The 2007 EAR was adopted by the BOCC on October 23, 2007 and can be viewed by opening Forms and then open the 2007 EAR files. These files may be slow to open.
The 2007 EAR supporting data files are too large for downloading. Anyone needing the supporting data can contact the Planning Department.
